    我姐做的几道菜

    1. 冬苋菜豆腐肉圆子汤。冬苋菜(东汉菜)算是四川特色蔬菜,北京菜市场买不到,熬稀饭极佳。

    2. 凉拌苋菜。要放糖和芝麻,吃之前才调匀,不宜提前拌。苋菜也是是四川特色蔬菜。

    3.炖牛肉。关键在于牛肉的选择,不能是纯瘦肉,要有肉筋,文火炖时间长。我姐认为美中不足之处在于没用青豆,现在这个季节有青豆,平时无青豆时可以用黄豆。同时,我姐也指出此菜吃第二顿更香,牛肉吃完后,用粉丝来拌剩下的那些油汤,味极佳。

    4. 双椒炒兔丁。工序比较多,成本也比牛肉高。
